Introduction

Yatra Crafters, a travel agency based in Delhi, India, provides travel services to its customers through its website. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of YatraCrafters's website and the services offered.

Terms and Conditions

• Advance Booking amount is Non refundable
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Entry Fee / Cable car / any monument entry charge will be direct payable by customer
• As per government and Traffic rules Vehicles is not allowed in all Roads in some cities. So in some case your cooperation required to run the trip smoothly.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis.
• Flight rates are subject to dynamic nature
• AC will not work on Hill area
• Flight/Train Payment will be 100% in Advance
• Currently applicable Goods & Service Tax @ 5%
• For GST Claim - Please share your GST number at the time of booking to get GST Invoice.
• Yatra Crafters reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice
• Per person rates (Rs) - Applicable on 2 persons staying together sharing the same room
• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice
• In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel
• Itinerary flow is subject to flow as per the availability of properties
• We strictly recommend before confirming or Making payment be sure about Package Policies, Terms & conditions with “Inclusions” & “Exclusions”
• Once Package is confirmed we will not able to change it or it will be cost extra
• We are very clear about Package booking & Cancelation Policies
• If you are Taking any of our services/ Booking any Tour Package, It means you have read and agree with our Terms & Conditions, Package Policies, booking and cancelation Policies
• If you have any complain regarding our services offered, than please send mail on info@yatracrafters.com with-in 7 Days of Tour End. After that period we will not be able to resolve dispute.
• We need mail to resolve your complaint. We will not be able to entertain telephonic complaints.
• All disputes are subject to “Delhi” Jurisdiction Only

Package Policies

• Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same & customer need to pay directly to Hotel.
• Extra bed rates would be charged after two full paying persons in a room. However in case of an extra bed request in a single occupancy room, double room rates would be charged.
• The package does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged directly from the guest at the time of checkout from the respective hotel.
• The itinerary is subject to change because of unavailability
• In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.

Access to Personal Information

Bank Account Details

Kindly be advised to make payment on below mentioned bank account only towards your package. You can also ask for Payment link to make Payment online. 3% will be charged extra if paid by online payment Link/ Payment Gateway.
